We look forward to celebrating with our students as we welcome your family for the 2021-2022 school year. We are thrilled to announce that we have moved to an online system for re-enrollment. 

Online re-enrollment is now open. Please see this tuition worksheet for an outline of tuition fees and the registration fee timeline. Early registration closes Friday, March 19. The 2021-2022 calendar at a glance is posted here.

Our core hours for Preschool and Lower School will be 8:15 am – 3:30 pm. Our core hours for Middle School will return to 8:15 am-4:30 pm. This year our Middle School operated under a special schedule for COVID purposes. We look forward to returning to our 4:30 pm dismissal time, providing our students with additional academic and co-curricular offerings. Our Upper School will be 8:15 am – 4:30 pm. We hope to offer aftercare (Preschool/Lower School) and Homework Hour (Grades 1-5). We encourage families to sign up now so we can plan staffing accordingly.

We have created the below instructions to help you navigate our online re-enrollment process. Please note, all responsible parent parties will need to sign enrollment contracts. Each parent will need to set up their own account. We have linked the accounts in the system. If you have any questions, please email tech@mjbha.org for support. 

Instructions

  1. Click here to access the Parent Portal.
  2. The first time you access the page, please click “Forgot login or First time logging in?”

  3. Please enter the email address where you received this email

    , and check the “username” and “password” retrieval boxes.

  4. Login information will be sent to your email address. The email will be sent from bermanhebrewacademy@myschoolapp.com. To ensure receipt of this email, please be sure this email address is included on your address book/whitelist. 
  5. Please follow the emailed instructions to retrieve your username and set your password. 
  6. Return to the log-in screen to log into your account. 

When you first log into your account, please click on your name in the top right corner and then select “profile.” 

Updating data to our new system was a massive undertaking. It is possible some things got mixed up along the way. Please take this opportunity to review your profile information for accuracy, including contact details and relationships. If you notice any inaccuracies, please email tech@mjbha.org with your updates.

You will notice a yellow bar at the top of your account page that says “X Enrollment Contract(s) to Review” and “X Form(s) to Review.” 

You will have one contract to review for each Berman student. 

As you can see, Mrs. Cougar has two students at Berman, Cub and Cubette.

Here are the steps for reviewing the contracts:

  1. Click the green Review button next to the Enrollment Contract.
  2. Click “No, I do not already have a Tuition Management account with Berman Hebrew Academy. We will set up Tuition Management later in the process. Click “Continue to Enrollment Contract.”
  3. Please review the contract for accuracy, including entering grade level.
  4. We have pre-loaded the tuition and fees, but you also have the option to select Hot Lunch for the year.
  5. Select a Payment Plan and Method. This is where you will have the opportunity to enter your bank account information. Once entered, the information will be securely stored and used for future tuition payments. Click next.
  6. After reviewing terms and conditions, scroll to the bottom and type your name in the field. As a reminder, all responsible parties will need to sign each enrollment contract separately. 
  7. Click the “To Review” button.
  8. Review all information for accuracy. 
  9. Click accept. 
  10. On the next screen you can pay your registration fee and enrollment deposit. You must re-enter your bank account information for additional fees for each student. Please fill out the information and click “Pay & Submit.”

You have now completed the enrollment process! Thank you! Please keep reading to learn about the additional forms. 

Review Forms (Bus Registration, Homework Hour, Aftercare)

The “forms” section will house important forms like bus registration. Currently, you have the option to fill out the bus registration form and the aftercare/homework hour registration form. These forms are optional. If you are not signing up for these services, you do not need to fill out these forms. 

We are planning to offer aftercare and Homework Hour for the 2021-2022 school year. If you intend to use these services, please fill out the form to reserve your spot. We will collect payment at a closer date to the school year and details are finalized.
