A Message from our Director of Admissions, Ellie Levine

At Berman Hebrew Academy we embrace the opportunity and privilege we have to shape the future of over 800 Jewish students. It is our mission to equip our graduates to become successful in their chosen fields, leaders in their communities, and live as religiously committed, engaged Jews. We do this by equipping our students with the habits of mind to be able to learn and the habits of heart to find joy in the learning and learning process.

We challenge our students, through a variety of rigorous core and elective courses, to become curious, engaged learners, to take academic risks and to find areas of intellectual interest and passion. Throughout a student’s preschool through 12th grade experience, we weave in social-emotional curriculum and programming to ensure that our students graduate with the middot, values and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a more collaborative, professional world.

Every student is valued for their unique contributions to our school and school community. By joining our school, your family will add to the tremendously rich fabric of our community.

Admissions Timeline

• Applications Due: January 8, 2027
• Admissions Decisions Released: February 26, 2027
• Enrollment Due: March 12, 2027

Applications submitted after January 8 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as space allows. With enrollment already limited in several grades, we strongly encourage families to apply by the January 8 deadline.
