This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by or through our website or Event App, and not to enrollment information or other information relating to Berman students or personnel.

Berman Hebrew Academy is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information you share with us. You can visit the Berman website without revealing any personal information. You may choose to provide personal information by requesting a brochure from admissions or making an online donation to the Annual Fund, for example. Such information will be used by Berman only to conduct official school business and will never be disseminated by Berman to any unaffiliated third party, except as permitted by applicable law.

Use of Information

When you request information from Berman or ask that someone from the school contact you, we will use your email address (or other preferred method of contact you specify) to respond to your question, comments or request. We may use “cookies” or “scripts” to collect information. You may adjust your Internet browser to disable the use of cookies and scripts; however, you should be advised that some website functionality may be unavailable without the use of cookies and scripts.

Berman’s Event App

Users of the Berman Event App agree and allow their personal data to be uploaded to a public server and displayed on the app for others to see.

Tracking User Data

The Berman website does not collect any personal information but it does automatically track accesses, which are identified by the Internet address of the computer accessing the site, the web browser being used by that computer and a record of the pages visited on the site. We may on occasion disclose information concerning our users in an aggregate, non-personally-identifiable form such as the total number of visitors on a particular day or the most often accessed pages.
