Middle and Upper School Hebrew Teachers

Berman Hebrew Academy, a Modern Orthodox Day School in Rockville, MD seeks full time Hebrew Language teachers for the 2025-26 school year. 

 Ideal candidates will have:

• A passion for teaching foreign language to Middle and High School students
• Experience in differentiating instruction, familiarity with Project Based Language Learning (PBLL), and a passion for creating dynamic and engaging lessons
• Comfort with technology

Responsibilities:

• Full time teaching (up to 5 classes) in middle and upper school
• Additional duties typical of full time teachers
• Participation in team meetings 

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Hebrew Language or Education
• A command of Hebrew language instruction
• Familiarity with Bishvil HaIvrit (Neta)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Expected Salary Range: $50,000-$80,000 based on education and experience.
