About this Position
Berman Hebrew Academy, in Rockville, MD, seeks an English Language Arts Teacher for the 2023-24 school year. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in English, three or more years of middle school classroom teaching experience, and a commitment to helping students become insightful readers, critical thinkers, accomplished writers, and engaged learners. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively within and outside of the department and demonstrate an interest in ongoing professional growth.
